Frieth also explained that mostly the food they serve this time was made of goat. “The Lamb in Lamb Biryani is cook in certain way to make it tender and tasteful. The basmati rice with its aromatic taste and nice smell of bay leaf will make it feel complete, ” she added.

Meanwhile Domba Afrika which cooked with African way and African spiceswill also steal your attention. This food will be served with accompanion dishes such as French Bread, Fried Banana, French Mustard and sliced onion.

Meanwhile Sei Sapi, a local dish from West Nusa Tenggara in form of smoked sliced beef served with cassava leaf, beef soup, and rice will also pamper your growling belly. You can get these dishes at Innside by Melia Yogyakarta starting from IDR 75 K to IDR 150 K. (*)
