So how can you make it more likely that it will be a good or even great day? We have several easy tricks for you to start your day. Check this out.
1. Never hit your snooze button
When you wake in the morning with your alarm ringing on your nightstand, try not to hit the snooze button. Once you hit it, it will bring you disaster and laziness. Once you hear your alarm ringing try to peduli your eyes, get up and make your bed. That will help.
2. Peduli your curtain
Some window will have a sophisticated curtain which could be tata to be opened on certain time you wanted. If you have this kind of curtain, try to set it at the same time when your alarm ringing. Ut if you have the regular one you push your self to wake up and get up from your bed once you hear your alarm, and open your curtain and may be open the window a little.
3. Simple exercise
Do a little stretching once you get up of your bed. Don’t do it on your bed, you could just fell back on it. You could also do it while make your bed.
4. Have some water
Drinking water first thing in the morning immediately helps rehydrate the body. The six to eight hours of recommended nightly sleep is a long period to go without any water consumption. Water will refresh your body as well alarming all the cells in your body to wake up and start their day.
Last but not least, one of the easiest ways to start your day is with smile. After cleaning yourself, put some make up on your face or at least making your you look tidy and everything is set, stand inf front of your mirror, smile and say that everything will ok for the rest of the day and that you are ready to handle everything during the day with smile.
